College Process - 11th & 12th Graders

11th and 12th grades are extremely busy with more homework, driver's education, and standardized tests. It can become overwhelming; but, by breaking the college admission process down into manageable tasks, students can get into their dream schools and still have fun along the way. It’s all about proper organization and we are good at it!

Each student has unique strengths, talents, interests and experiences. Collegeworks helps our students best develop and showcase their academic and personal backgrounds to highlight their excellence and stand out as unique college applicants. The college application process can be an amazing time of self-reflection and discovery for students. Sadly, given the overwhelming amount of information and specific essays that need to be composed for each school, for many it can become a time of anxiety and panic.

Complete Your Applications from Start to Finish

We will develop an application plan and timeline - with all the milestones and deadlines mapped out on our project management software.

Decide whether and where to apply early action, early decision, or priority - we'll work through the pros and cons

Write your powerful personal statement, and help find your voice—we spend as much time as it takes to brainstorm and flush out essay topics that convey your distinctive attributes. We work with you to compose an authentic personal narrative, editing and revising until we both think it’s ready

We also work with you to write the numerous, and oftentimes lengthy, supplemental essay questions required by individual schools

Present a cohesive application—we make sure that all of the pieces of the application work together, but aren't repetitive. We work to put together portfolios showcasing students music, art, dance or athletic accomplishments to complement their applications.
