Dear Parents of High School Students,

No more pushing it off! It’s time to talk about college. If you have kept the subject hush-hush until now, you are about to join your children on a journey of self-discovery throughout their junior year.  During this time, you will discover more about what interests, excites and motivates them. You will examine their greatest strengths and talents and will, hopefully, act as a navigator as your children drive their college preparation and admissions process. You will find yourselves witnessing the emergence of mini-adults and this blog will provide practical advice for you to keep in mind along the way…

I formed CollegeWorks with a top-level team and a simple mission; to help our high school students find their best college matches. In the increasingly competitive realm of college admissions, we work with our students and their families to make the best decisions throughout the college application process. We know that each student has their unique strengths, interests, talents, and experiences and at CollegeWorks we will help them tell their own story that will hit the optimal pitch with admissions officers. In the end, our students don’t just get into their top college choices, they gain self-confidence and an overall feeling of accomplishment, while developing a strong sense of self.

I started CollegeWorks because I genuinely love preparing students for college through tutoring and crafting meaningful college applications. I know how to articulate a great story and love nothing more than lending my skills to help my high school students gain admission to their top choice colleges. I look forward to helping your children through this exciting process. Please feel free to contact us to set up a free consultation.
